Riley Needham- Raised in eastern Washington, Riley has been living and working as a Realtor on the central coast for the last 17 years. Riley is a Certified Staging Specialist and can make any home look it's very best.
Tammy (Garrett) Zimmerman- 25 years of real estate experience, 16 on the coast,
makes Tammy the most experienced member of our Team. Tammy has earned the
Realtor designations of Certified Residential specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative and is certified as a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource.
Char Brown- Char has been a Realtor in Lincoln City for 20 years. During that time she has served as President of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors, Lincoln City Planning Commissioner and was chosen as Realtor of the Year in 2004.
In our extra time we all enjoy spending time with our families and individually our own hobbies such as swimming, reading, gardening, golfing, taking classes and walking our doggie mascot, Izzy, at the beach!
